Rockstars of Urban Art Casting
We are working on the first season of a new TV Format, called Rockstars of Urban Culture. We‘re looking for a girl and a boy with skills in Graffiti and/or Street Art and a great personality. You'll be part of the Rockstars Of Urban Culture Team in front of the camera.
It's a docu based reality show that showcases the artist plus people out of the Grafitti/Street Art and Extremsports Scene around the world. To meet these people, interact with them and gather on this adventures trip information about Urban Culture, the team travels to different location around the globe.
Basic requirements:
- at least one month full availability in 2011 (exact dates for shooting are not fixed yet, but earliest in June or later)
- age between 18 and 30
- fluent English (eventually native speaker)
- outgoing, dynamic personality
- open minded and approchable
- reliable
- interested in travelling
- Grafitti and/or Street Art background
- the most important thing: BE REAL! be yourself, don't play a role
To apply for the casting, send us a short tape/ a written statement, why you think, that you're the right person / a short bio / at least one photo.
On the tape you can:
- tell us a story about yourself, e.g. your last art project or traveling project
- tell us how you got into the Grafitti/Street Art scene
- in your opinion, what makes you a talented part of the Rockstars of Urban Culture Team
- tell us, what makes you a "do-it-yourself" - Artist
- Maybe take us to a place in your city, where your last project took place or where the next will take place and explain it.
- if available: previous shows in which you had participated
- Maybe prepare some questions and have someone else ask them to you
- Whatever you do, try to open up!!
